Spiren Incorporadora was born from the union of three well-established companies in the market: CCS Empreendimentos, BXP Construções, and Krebs+ Arquitetura. The challenge was to create a brand that represented the synergy between these companies, forming a complete and efficient ecosystem where all stages of the development process are conducted in-house, without the need for outsourcing. The new name and visual identity needed to express this centralization and the efficiency provided by this integrated workflow model.
